It's referring to when Romans tried to wipe out all the jews. It's incredibly important to note that jews aren't the Israelites, so God never made a covenant with them, we are, so He made covenants with us. He promised us Europe, America and Australia, and we got it. The jews never did. The only thing God promised to jews was that He loves Whites forever and hates jews forever (Malachi 1:2-4, Romans 9:13) and that they are not Abraham's descendants, but satan's and only capable of lying and evil (John 8:39-47, Revelation 2:9, 3:9), and that He will destroy their big pharma empire that's deceiving the entire world (Revelation 18:23).
