I've spent most of the past many years in a relationship, so this hasn't been an issue. Lately, I wake up, repeatedly during the night, let's say... uncomfortable.

It's really disturbing my sleep.

Any advice on how to deal with this? I thought it would pass, but I've not slept through the night for a good three months.

I'm not mgtow or anything, but I am a heartbroken and not eager to start a relationship, especially not for this reason. No desire for one-night stands or any of that gross nonsense either.

Sounds like you were in a relationship and weren't celibate and could sleep, and now are celibate and wake up with your celibacy disturbing you

You could pray about it

Could weaken the body more through fasting (as it's still currently Lent)

Could exercise more to tire yourself out to be able to sleep throughout the nite

I view it as a physical "energy" that is used for work or to create children. You either use up the energy doing something (like exercise) or by reducing it (with like fasting).

If you can't sleep, it used to be natural for people to sleep in two phases at nite (biphasic sleep). idk if some light exercise would be good then to use up that energy.

Not sure what the best tips are for remaining celibate, it doesn't sound like anyone has come up with "revolutionary" ideas, so you've likely read plenty of random ideas that you could experiment with until you find something that works for you.

Looking back on when I was younger, I'd say occasions masterbation isn't that big of a deal. As others have said watching porn is what really gets the jew in your head.
