I've spent most of the past many years in a relationship, so this hasn't been an issue. Lately, I wake up, repeatedly during the night, let's say... uncomfortable.

It's really disturbing my sleep.

Any advice on how to deal with this? I thought it would pass, but I've not slept through the night for a good three months.

I'm not mgtow or anything, but I am a heartbroken and not eager to start a relationship, especially not for this reason. No desire for one-night stands or any of that gross nonsense either.

It means you are healthy and normal.

Imagine how many porn-addicted and fap-addled men can't even get it up when they want to anymore.

I recommend plenty of exercise and physical labor. You'll sleep like a rock through the night.
