Sue? Lawyers only want to sue insurance companies. I had an even better case than this before and couldn't get a lawyer to take the case. The court system is a scam and lawsuits aren't for White guys suing people for justice. That's a boomer fantasy.
oh i know, last year some travel company jew'd me out of my hard money (booked a goy deluxe room and got the crappiest wheel-chair accessible room even though i'm not in a wheelchair) i took them to small claims court and the female (jewish?) judge said there was no wrong doing

i sensed if i said "me" my suit would get thrown out so i opted to placecate her ego and got at least 200$ back from the scammy travel company (who scammed me for over 600$) and that doesn't even cover the depoist i paid so basically i got like 150$ back

The hotels oversell the rooms. Then guests come in to check in and oops the room was oversold and is already occupied. Sorry here's the wheelchair room by the front door. Then the guest screams at front desk clerk but the front desk clerk has absolutely no power over the booking and sales department. So the greedy sales people work easy hours, get huge bonuses for overselling rooms, then the lowly paid front desk clerks have to suffer all the abuse, anger, confrontation.
Also the bookings through third parties usually get less priority than bookings through the hotels own reward program.
People seem to be naive about how broken the court system in USA is. Mostly because they avoid the courts, don't pay much attention, fear ever entering one even as a plaintiff. It's a broken institution as broken as healthcare and everything else. All the institutions in the USA are breaking down , slowly but surely.
I never stay in hotels. I bring camping gear. Sleep in truck or camp near my truck in brush in camo tent.

trust me it was a GOLDEN LESSON to book DIRECTLY from the hotel itself rather from third party sellers, third party issues vouchers which isn't the same as renting the room from the hotel itself, meaning you pay a guy to make an order, and he makes the order as he sees fit

Sadly the companies that hire them for lower wages will always thrive more of those who don't, it's a simpler law of economics.
