>Cohen knew exactly who he was communicating with, but is believed to have merely received $1000 in cryptocurrency.
imagine selling out your alliegence for such a paltry amount, i'm geniunely baffled jews can be this low (baffled but not suprised, they'd sell their own grandmother for a pouch full of coins)

$1000?
>imagine selling out your alliegence for such a paltry amount
Judas' "30 pieces of silver" were probably Tyrian Shekels which contained about 14 grams of silver, silver spot is currently $2.18 so that's $915 to betray the Son of God. So yeah that tracks.

Yeah but thats a direct comparison, maybe once you'd account for inflation, wages back then and silver debasement today it might be a lot more.... Still far to little for the betrayal but AI is telling me it would be 120 days of labour or $33,000.
4 months labor makes sense, and as it turns out it is also the price of a slave (which isn't that much tbh)
while Judas sold him out pretty cheaply, but for his position? he was paid a premium.
the whole story about israeli IDF solider selling out iron dome info to Iran sounds like BS to be honest, because 1000$ is literally chump change and according to their own sources he was selling it before the fighting even started
this reeks of commie propaganda to deflect how shitty their interceptor system really is.

To be fair, he may not have been in it for the money.
The "self-hating jew" phenomenon is a very real problem for them...I mean, how can you live among these people and not hate them?

>spongbob i sold your soul for 3 dollars and 56 cents
>MR KRABS HOW COULD YOU?
>what you mean, i should've asked for more?

seems like some things never change...
