Yeah but thats a direct comparison, maybe once you'd account for inflation, wages back then and silver debasement today it might be a lot more.... Still far to little for the betrayal but AI is telling me it would be 120 days of labour or $33,000.
4 months labor makes sense, and as it turns out it is also the price of a slave (which isn't that much tbh)
