In what way? This isn’t law. It will be repealed day one by the next administration. It doesn’t restrict nonwhites at all. All the big companies can easily afford 100k as though it’s pocket money. It’s now cheaper to hire infinity foreigners than to pay for benefits and salaries for actual citizens.
