Shitskin looked annoyed if anything else. No concern whatsoever. The value of life is low from the shitholes they come from. Keep importing this scum and fuck the trucking companies that employ them too.

The semi did a U-turn. How is that the fault of the van? It’s not legal to do what it did.
>Florida Statutes section 316.1515 outlines the legal framework for U-turns. Drivers may execute a U-turn only if it can be done safely **without interfering with other traffic**. The law requires that **a driver must have at least 500 feet of visibility in either direction** on a highway before attempting a U-turn. U-turns must be made from **the leftmost lane lawfully available to traffic moving in the same direction.**
The truck was in the correct lane, but EVERY FUCKING TURNING VEHICLE YIELDS TO THOSE THAT ARE NOT TURNING, PERIOD. NO EXCEPTIONS. He didn’t have the spacing, he didn’t even fucking look. It was not the van’s fault that the subhuman ignored the law of whites.
Basically if you aren't going straight in a car, the burden of safety is on you.
Turning left? Turning right on a red? U-turn? Pulling into traffic? Changing lanes? Pulling out of your driveway? It's all on you to make sure it is SAFE to perform any maneuver.

Was he in the correct lane? It looked like he must have crossed at least one lane for the van to hit the way it did, otherwise wouldn't it have hit the back of the trailer as opposed to the middle?

It’s illegal for trucks to be in the leftmost lane of a split highway in Florida. I checked that, too. I would also assume that a semi *needs* to turn from the right lane at one of those “crossing” points on split, multi-lane highways simply because of the mechanics of the wheelbase. If it turns out that they’re supposed to get in the left lane to make those turns, that just means another point of failure in the driver’s list. I’m not 100% sure myself.
