It’s illegal for trucks to be in the leftmost lane of a split highway in Florida. I checked that, too. I would also assume that a semi *needs* to turn from the right lane at one of those “crossing” points on split, multi-lane highways simply because of the mechanics of the wheelbase. If it turns out that they’re supposed to get in the left lane to make those turns, that just means another point of failure in the driver’s list. I’m not 100% sure myself.
