Personally, while keto can work very well for many people, especially those who refuse to be at least moderately active, I’d just recommend lower carb, and avoiding processed shit with lots of sugar. As long as your carbs are under 100, aren’t processed, and aren’t made up of mostly sugar, you shouldn’t have any issues. If you’re completely sedentary though, you’d likely have to keep your carbs between 30-50 at most. I love red beans, black eyes peas with cabbage, and black beans as a carb up healthy mean occasionally. If you’re lifting heavy regularly, and like being active outdoors regularly also, you’ll probably find STRICT keto to be a hindrance. Of course, YMMV.
