Yeah if you're salting your food well its plenty, but like I said many people dont when they are cooking healthy at home. And if you're drinking a lot of water youre washing salt out of you.
I always just use table salt in my water, just a pinch though. I usually add it to every other bottle when I'm drinking a lot of water. I really reccomend lemon juice if you are craving fruits, a very small amount of lemon can give you adequate flavor, you get more bang for your calories.
