I get that you’re trying to go keto, and maybe you’re just trying to lose weight and that’s why, but leafy green vegetables and everything in the brussel sprouts family (cabbage, broccoli etc) is highly toxic to humans. If you’re trying to just generally improve health I’d look into a Ray Peat diet. If you’re looking to lose weight though you’ll have to look elsewhere.
As a side note Ray Peat says you can’t actually properly absorb protein (chemically) without some sugar. He insists that you eat a piece of fruit with every meal. Huge no-no on a keto diet.

I don't know the Ray Peat diet, but agree here with the vegetables. Plants don't want their leaves, roots, and stems eaten. They need them to survive, so they have defence chemicals. Some argue that the amount of body stress you get from the defence chemicals is actually good for the body, but i dont see it.
Plants want their fruits to be eaten, so that their seeds can pass through you and spread.
I did keto for years, and it's effective for weight loss, but when I reintroduced fruits and transitioned to just meat, fruit, dairy and honey, my body felt way better.
I do think Keto has a place, though, if you are struggling with weight and need help with accountability, Keto can be beneficial. If you eat over your carb limit, you have the consequence of kicking yourself out of ketosis and having to start over, and that can keep people motivated enough to lose the weight. But if you are not after weight loss, or once you have lost the weight, switch to another diet.

Yeah dude! Grab some cheap piss strips, log your food in something like cronometer, or just write down how many carbs you eat each time, and have at er.

That is essentially the Ray Peat diet.
