Imho the healthiest things to eat, via intermittent or short term fasting, are:
1. 100% Meat, unpreserved (no chemical bs added, including "broth" or "brine" etc)
2. 100% Pork from a local butcher, or frozen with ingredients listed only as 100% pork and no preservatives (pork products are notoriously filled with bs goy slop chemicals)
3. 100% Fish, unpreserved
4. block cheese
5. fresh organic greens (organic isn't perfect, still has chemicals, just less of them and non-GMO)
6. lowest carb organic "others" like pole beans, zucchini, cauliflower, etc.
7. low or zero net carb tortillas, only for convenience and variety (since they can easily be used for tacos, burgers, and wraps) but beware that most low carb tortillas have plenty of goy slop ingredients.
