I eat rice with a spoon and use sauce (preferably pepper based, or tomato or soy, they're all good)
Food is there to nourish you its not a fucking ceremony, same for tea
I use ceremonial grade but pour in paper cup and stir using a cinnamon stick (it adds flavor and its disposable)
