Granted in fancy restaurants i eat like a high member of society (forkplay, manners, cloth over the shirt etc) but at home? Where i live alone? I eat like a regular bloke
Knights owned farmland but weren't much different from farmers
They ate with **spoons** and didn't really have influence in city councils or things that mattered, that's the nobility and big business owners, guildsman etc...

Knights were not "soldiers". There was no such thing as "soldiers". Everyone was a peasant, unless you were a Knight (landed gentry). This isn't DnD.
