Yes, that includes ham. Blacks claim no descent from him. The curse of Ham was the curse given to canaan. The modern day descendants of the canaanites are the whitest people in the middle east, I've never believed that the curse of Ham was for his sons to be niggers. They're just tares in the wheat. The japhetites would be the indo Europeans. They're so interlinked that "japhetite" may as well be a synonym for indo european.
And the semites would be the israelites, assyrians, chaldeans, the (original) Arabs, Babylonians, etc.
All of their progeny looked very similar because they are literally all related to each other. I 1000% believe that the israelites found refuge in Europe and started tribes and clans there. I do not believe, however, that they populated Europe on their lonesome. The indo Europeans existed, and moreover were already well established, thousands of years before the israelites received any revelations from Yahweh.

I fully believe that the israelites were white and that they went to Europe in exile.

But I fully support the idea that the israelites went to Europe, that they became people of nobility and note, perhaps founded civilizations. But the timelines don't make a damned bit of sense when compared to archeology if you consider them to be the sole progenitors of Europeans. There's also the language issue, in that european languages are not remotely close to Hebrew. The indo Europeans predate exodus by thousands of years. They predate egypt. They predate sumer. The middle east was still made up of little farming villages of no archeological record when the indo european culture started its genesis.
