Count me among them. How else do you fight off inflation? This is all by design. The fastest way to lose your savings is to put it in a "savings" acct. where inflation eats away at it. None of them pay adequate interest rates. Again, all by design. There's no other option but to be invested in the market and to rise or fall with it. Is that a gamble? Maybe, but then so it walking out your front door in the morning.
1. Stop consuming
2. Destroy civilization
Not an option worthy of bragging about here is compliance.
Then your comparison of saving money versus risk of existence is your banal NPC seeping thru your pores.
That's already happening regardless. The inflation isn't stopping.
