That's insurance, right up there at the top of the pyramid of jew schemes. You convince people to give you money based on their fear of the future, then point to the small microscopic print that tells them to go fuck themselves because their situation they're experiencing -- the very kind of situation you bought the insurance to avoid -- isn't covered.
Have you ever bought pet insurance? Look into what isn't covered. NOTHING! It literally doesn't cover shit! Why? Because some jew is ... what?

Also I forgot to mention that my insurance agent is literally jewish. "Why are you okay with that?" Because insurance is entirely jewish anyway so it doesn't matter. At least it's easier to know what a jew is thinking than a White person who is more unpredictable.
besides the fees, fines etc issue, the main problem is that the cost for anything is inflated because insurance covers it and then vice versa, insurance has to cost more to cover for the expenses.
any insurance system will fail if there are no hard caps on what the costs to any procedure or material can be.
when a natural birth costs tens of thousands of dollars because you're paying 1k/day for your room, 5k per surgery because the surgeon is making 500k/year, 5k per medical supplies because they are overpriced BECAUSE the insurance covers for it, you end up in an upward spiral cost in insurance and medical bills.
same for cars, houses etc
you can have the most sophisticated, fair insurance system imaginable, it will fail because the pricing is rigged
especially if it's a mandatory insurance because that gives the service providers the liberty to force insurers to pay for it at any cost. and insurers forward the costs on you
