The Church was always going to go bad, he knew it was going to go bad, it was foretold that it would go bad. That is why the Church was always referred to as a woman and bride. She Babylon the Great became a harlot and had intercourse with kabbalah, judaism, the merchants of the Earth. They will mourn her because the Church allowed her the freedom to practice usury and to monopolize that usury. It is why the harlot says she is a QUEEN and not a WIDOW who is waiting for the king and high priest to return (Jesus). The harlot is destroyed by the first beast (jewish king) in Revelation. By destroying the Catholic Church they think they will have destroyed Christianity and that is when Jesus himself intervenes on behalf of the people who still follow him.
You DID need the Church at the foundation because you needed the bible canon, to throw away the works Satan and his followers, gnostics were desperately trying to include like Apocrypha, the idea that there was a holy royal line from Jesus that they could use to control and exploit.
The idea that the ancient Church resembled the modern Church though is fairy tale. When John is shown the modern Church in wealth and red and purple he is astounded and shocked.
The Church worked with the jews to even stop their competition who were wannabe kabbalah, two men on a horse faggot occult bankers called things like the Templars.
jews owe their current power to the Church. The Church should never allowed the "court jew", never allowed them to practice usury anywhere (and they did protect the people from this at one time). They were simply corrupted and became a whore.
Sure, the church was going to go bad, this is a fallen world and all, but it still was never a bad thing to have God's representatives on Earth (aka "middle men" as you put it).
>You DID need the Church at the foundation because you needed the bible canon
Wait, so "middle men" were needed until some arbitrary point? I dunno man, seems like the Bible you've read has probably several hundred "middle men" who have translated it into a language that you can understand. And if they're all corrupt, then necessarily so is your interpretation. Unless, of course, you've read the original Hebrew, Latin, Greek, and Aramaic texts. kek of course I know you haven't.
>The idea that the ancient Church resembled the modern Church though is fairy tale
I think literally 0 people believe this. The church in Jesus' time was different from the church in Moses' time, and no one thought it some profound observation to say so. It had evolved through interpretations from the prophets, kings (David in particular), exiles (particularly the exiles, when temple worship went away, particularly because Nebuchadnezzar destroyed it), etc.
You use a lot of words to say very little of substance. I guess I was wrong with my initial assessment. I don't think any of your words are worth half a damn.
You follow people who wear Cappello Romano Saturn worship hats, who enable and protect child predators and who try to validate the synagogue of Satan (Judaism).

Do not call yourself rabbi teacher and father.
