Weight loss with calisthenics youre going to want to be in ketosis. So no more than 20-30 net carbs per day. Stick to high fat high protein. Eggs with cheese, bacon, beef patties, steak, fatty fish. Things like that. Broccoli and kale and spinac sauteed in butter. If you eat that and no sugar and keep on calisthenics you will cut weight. Make sure to be drinking lots of water. I remember when i visited germany, many getmans didnt really drink water. I thought that was weird. In america water is a whole culture. So drink at least a gallon a day. In the beginning when youre in ketosis you will pee alot because your body is flushing out glycogen.

edit2: i got this Natural Rice With Sheaf, nutrient table says carbs 0,5g sugar per 100g; yay or nay for ketosis? 69g carbs total per 100g

Pork is fine. Make sure youre getting enough fat as well though. Dont just eat all the lean cuts.

69g is more than your 20g allowable per day intake. So no on rice if you want ketosis. But based on what weve been talking about, you need to worry about clean eating and lifting heavy. You will lose weight and build muscle at the same time.

Yea but have a plan. When you see what you do daily it makes the progress trackable. Meal plan and lifting plan. 5x5 or 5-3-1
