I am a pretty strict carnivore lately. But I have found jalapeños or Serranos roasted in butter and topped with cheese to be a heavenly treat and helps with vasodilation. Highly recommend

both carnivore and vegan look cool to me in some ways, but in my understanding there's no vitamin b12 with veganism and with carnivore low vitamin c and some other things.
I just try to eat a little of everything but I do like to keep some meat / dairy / eggs at a core

Vitamin C is depleted by consuming glucose. When you reduce glucose intake your vit c requirements drop to almost null. In fact consuming carbohydrates tends to deplete almost every vitamin and mineral to some degree.
I’d give it a shot because it’s the most detoxifying diet I’ve ever tried
curious about your thoughts on this "hit piece" (ceo is a jew, conpro's favorite): https://health.selfdecode.com/blog/carnivore-diet/
I will keep an open mind about carnivore but I'm parked at "omnivore" for now - it's time tested and "good enough" to me
There have been vegan saints and fasting for religious reasons tends in more of a vegan direction, although you could follow Catholic fasting rules with a mostly carnivore diet. "Black fasts" are vegan (not required), I think, and fridays traditionally would have carnivores sub in fish for the meat. Eastern Catholics and orthodox during "Great Lent" I think go more vegan
Honestly, I just operate under the assumption that if I do the opposite of what the medical establishment says, I’ll be healthier overall.
I love a nice leafy green salad with shitloads if almonds and other vegetables.but I developed diverticulitis as a result of it and found that eating beef and animal fat cured my symptoms and also my IBS.
I operate under the assumption that our bodies were 100% designed and not “evolved”. As such, humans are almost exclusive obligate hyper carnivores. Meaning, we suffer more pathologies and disease from a lack of meat intake than the other way around.

He sells live pepper plants, too, if you are a gardener.
