Anyone have experience fasting for more than 3 days.

I did a few 3 day fasts, not that hard. But I did themnover the weekend starting Thursday. Could I work (manual labor) and fast for 5,6,7 days?

Again, a consultation with a nutritionist to understand induvial needs and goals based on weight and age is important.
