I grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and watched fags destroy it while also driving up the cost of living. Now I live in metro Detroit. Detroit looks like a bomb hit it outside a few square blocks where people take out loans to watch sportsball with their family. The state and city are broke but we somehow have the most expensive NFL tickers in the country lol.
The only place anywhere near Detroit that is probably safe is the Arab area that banned gay parades. That is where my Mom grew up and it was a predominantly Polish area at the time with pristine houses and lawns. They all got the fuck out of there when it got "diversity" and my grandfather who passed away told me all about the kike Purple Gang who ran Detroit in the past. Funny how you never hear about the Jewish gangsters, especially when they mentored a lot of the Italian gangsters you know about.
So yeah Detroit was completely jewed, run into the ground by kikes and then taken over by people that fucked it up so bad no one even lives there anymore. The population for the size is hilariously low. Detroit is MASSIVE and has no people.It's like some kind of empty GTA server with just random crack houses, empty houses, empty buildings and "ghost gardens" coming up from the once white houses that now sit empty.

Making a new owner pay taxes on something they didn't own sounds like the kind of cruel stupidity Democrats invoke to gain more of their holy tax revenue. Similar to capital gains tax.

Republicans do it too in red counties. I know from experience. However, red counties are usually well-ran and more desirable places to live, so there aren't as many extreme cases as Detroit. If the Dems were serious, they'd bulldoze and clear out those lots and sell the land at fair-market value. But that's not what they want. They want the land to rot and make the housing shortage worse.
