350g of food is enough for me for an evening meal to feel satisfied. That's enough to get about 30g of protein and some carbs.

all you can eat buffets are a very comfortable way to be able to enjoy a huge variety of foods without having to settle for one thing, and without having to worry about complicated pricing. its a great thing to have, AS LONG AS everyone involved is a decent person.

On top of that, the real “value” is the ones that let you come in and make a plate by weight. We have a very nice one nearby that is always very clean with fresh food, and instead of dining in, and having to pay for a drink, and tip if you choose to, you can just get a plate of expensive proteins of your choice. I’ll do this occasionally in a pinch, and then come home and make some steamed veggies, or a big salad on the side. The plate never cost me over $11 including tax, and I pack that mofo. This is the real hack. 💪🏻

In some states you can have a private club and then you can only let whites in the club and then inside the club you can have whites only restaurant, meals, etc.

Chinese do a form of this as well. If you go to Asia, even in VERY expensive hotels, the morning buffet bathrooms will all smell like vomit because chinks go in there, eat as much as they can, go throw up in the bathroom and come back and eat more. I've witnessed this first hand. It's insane and disgusting.
