350g of food is enough for me for an evening meal to feel satisfied. That's enough to get about 30g of protein and some carbs.

I don't eat desert.

Why would anyone want "all you can eat" when you'll just feel sick afterwards? Why pay to feel sick?

all you can eat buffets are a very comfortable way to be able to enjoy a huge variety of foods without having to settle for one thing, and without having to worry about complicated pricing. its a great thing to have, AS LONG AS everyone involved is a decent person.

but kikes poisoned peoples brains through TV and whatnot so that they have to get "their moneys best value"

thats the problem, not the buffet in and of itself...

and yeah, i get that steel can be spun into thin wire, but what do you do if you cant get any food for a week? just starve? have some reserves in you, man!

On top of that, the real “value” is the ones that let you come in and make a plate by weight. We have a very nice one nearby that is always very clean with fresh food, and instead of dining in, and having to pay for a drink, and tip if you choose to, you can just get a plate of expensive proteins of your choice. I’ll do this occasionally in a pinch, and then come home and make some steamed veggies, or a big salad on the side. The plate never cost me over $11 including tax, and I pack that mofo. This is the real hack. 💪🏻
