Imagine owning a dog just to have it shit up your home. If you don't at least have a large yard you shouldn't own a dog.

I agree, dogs need to be outside and White folks everywhere need to be home owners; even if it's a small apartment. That's equity that you can use in a pinch and you're not asking anyone's permission to paint the walls or change the floors.
