I've gotten most of my info from people like Uncharted X and the Brothers of the Serpent podcast. They talk with lots and lots of other people in this sphere, do book reviews, go visit these locations, take their own pictures and videos, and speculate on what it would take to make this stuff. The work that UnchartedX has done recently (the last year or two) on the precision granite vases has been particularly fascinating, and has actually led to a huge uptick in pricing for these artifacts on the antiquities market, because the mainstream archaeologists didn't know what they had, or ever bothered to measure them.
Just be aware that the Brothers of the Serpent podcast evolved over the years. They have a huge back catalogue, which is definitely worth listening to, but in the earlier episodes one of the brothers did the podcast high, and he laughed a lot, which can be a turn off to some people. Some where along the line (not exactly sure which episode), they stopped smoking so much, and it improved the listening experience. Still, they're quite knowledgeable on esoteric and conspiracy stuff, and like to explore it. They don't talk about jews, banking, or race related stuff, but I enjoy it for that reason, as it gives me a nice break from those subjects.
UnchartedX (Ben) is awesome, and probably the most expert laymen on advanced ancient tech in that entire sphere. His videos are longer, but go into detail.
