Which was only seen by about 2 dozen people and was sarcastic with the intention of actually being a good shabbosgoy

Exactly. They're so unshakably loyal, they can't even detect the tone or care for context.

As far as we should be concerned, this is just the trash taking itself out.

If you are in this situation, YOU MUST NOT TALK TO THE POLICE.

This guy was just retarded to let himself be interrogated for 8 fucking hours.

The more you talk to the police, the more you give them ways to incriminate yourself. Do not say a fucking word, not even "I'm sorry".

One of their tricks is to say something like "*we know you didn't mean to hurt anyone, but do you see how what you wrote could be seen as offensive by someone*"?
So you feel relieved that they are not accusing you of violence, and you feel grateful to them, and feel that you should be friendly in return, and respond "*yes, I'm sorry*" hoping that it will improve your situation. But you just confessed to have committed a hate crime, and now it's much easier for them to prosecute you.

# [Don't Talk to the Police — Regent Law Professor James Duane ](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d-7o9xYp7eE)

There was another video posted on here about some guy who had a warrant. They didn't have a warrant to enter the house, they didn't even know where he was, but his mom opened the door and said, "Sure, come on in." What did the cops tell her? "We just want to talk to him."

Right. The cops were bored and had nothing better to do, so they spent their evening looking for her son to just chat a little? Then she's upset that they didn't say they had a warrant. Then she's crying that they're shooting at him in the house. Then she's upset that SWAT is launching grenades through her window and, no doubt, the management company will ask her to leave.

All she had to do was NOT answer the door!

Ah yes, often cops that are sent to arrest you pretend to be friendly and say that they just want *to talk to you*.

This is for 2 reasons:
1) You're less likely to respond violently
2) Everything you say is going to be used against you, and they want you to talk before they have to tell you that you can remain silent.
