They worked well, but these tricks work only once. That's why the Israeli don't just do another false flag in the US now. Because people remember 2001. If they did another attack now, at least 50% of the population would understand that it's the Jews and this would backfire.
And people won't obey for the next pandemic like for covid. Most people who got vaxxed regretted it. In fact the media tried to launch panic for another pandemic (MonkeyPox) but they had to drop the story, either because it affected faggots too much or because it may have become a racist meme.

4 millions is the estimate of how many Jews lived in the land that Germany conquered. Almost all of them would have either fled east as the Axis advanced, or blended in with the local population. And the Axis forces were certainly more preoccupied dealing with the Red Army rather than identifying Jews. The SS were trying to identify Bolshevik leaders first, not random kikes.
It's very difficult to say how many Jews the SS actually killed and how many they could have killed if they wanted to. It's very possible that they either killed or put in camps every Jew (man, woman, and child) that they put their hands on - I will do some research to see if I can confirm this.
