But it's about everything. IQ has the advantage that it has a high impact and quantifiable. If work ethics, aggression levels, societal trust, etc were quantifiable, they would have a similar distribution.

The only difference between Whites and Rice in intellect, potential-wise, is the seeming inability for Rice to innovate in a truly creative sense. They just can't invent new mechanical devices. They can invent *improvements*, *alternative methods*, etc., but original engineering creativity is rather in the toilet. A good example is the LED, and how a White man invented it, and then a Jap improved it (or rather used alternative methods and materials for manufacturing different color LEDs)
I can appreciate how the innovation of deep blue LEDs has affected my life. That doesn't mean im going to go farm rice but that also doesn't mean I want total rice death.
