While it's better if a woman has children when she's young, a woman in her 30s or even 40s is very likely to have a healthy baby.
It's propaganda to reduce White birthrate to tell women that they can't have an healthy child when they are older. An healthy White women who has a child in her 40s is better than not having children at all.

they are either obese, have mental issues or addicted to substances
a healthy woman wouldn't wait till she's 40 to have a kid, that indicates an impaired sense of motherly instincts, and quite frankly there are too many genetic dead-ends in our society so its not like everyone deserves to have children
i've seen the children birthed by 40 year old couples, they are frail, they are weak, and they have a myriad of mental issues
