It's not materialistic to abide by the iron laws of nature and terminate the lives of those who in a natural state are nonviable.

Your Judeo-Christian morals are not the only possible morals opposed to materialism.

The separation between body and soul is a Judeo-Christian idea.

For me the body and the soul are one, so if there's a defective body the soul is also defective.
