If you have to verbally invoke your right to remain silent lest your silence be used as evidence against in you a court of law, then it's not a "right".
It is a Right, but the court can decree on its own administrative procedures. See how that works?
Yeah, you have your Rights out on the street, but when you walk into court they make you play by their rules, contrived and convoluted rules that they've designed to 1.) make you require a lawyer, because this BS is too complicated to navigate on your own, and 2.) create obstacles for you and opportunities for them to deny or suppress your Rights.
It's sounds cringe to say, but the whole system has been perverted and weaponized against us.
