none of these tariffs are actually helping us. the kikes are just shifting their overseas factories from china to india/etc, none of the are coming back to the US.

If he's so concerned with revenues and expenditures, maybe he can explain why he's on pace to run a $2.6 trillion deficit this year, the largest one year deficit in USA history. What a putz.
