Overcoming porn takes more than acting tough or hard. You need to take the emotion out of it - even the positive emotion that makes you feel like a man for beating it and going on a seven mile run instead. Any boastful emotion will snap back and you'll relapse just as hard as you were proud of yourself two days ago.
The right route is the boring route which is the stoic route. You need to psychologically dominate it. Become sober about your addiction and understand that you aren't really getting anything out of it. It will feel good if you masturbate, but it takes way more than it gives. It's not the end of the world if you jerk off - it's a more sinister slow death. It takes from your drive.
Think positively, not prideful. What kind of man would you be if you had quit five years ago? What kind of man could you be if you quit today? How would your summers look? Do you owe it to yourself?

The only persistent addiction i have is jewtube and twitter, like i can browse jewtube shorts for like 2-4 hours in a cooking channels seeing recipes i'll Probably never create or watch some cat videos or some meme videos or some shit that lulls me into this deep, unending CONSOOOM cycle of procrastinating and i get nothing done during the day

If you're on android look into jewtube revanced, ability to disable shorts on your feed plus a ton of other features. Before I disabled shorts I saw them nuking my attention span in real time.

The things that've helped me with all of my bad behaviors:
1) Lifting weights and exercise.
2) Going outside, getting some sun, enjoying nature, and going on hikes.
3) Eating healthy foods. I noticed that goyslop foods made me feel like crap, physically and mentally, and I would be much more likely to relapse on other bad behaviors if I relented and ate junk food.
4) Spending quality time with friends, family, and the community (like church). It instills a sense of responsibility and pride, making one less likely to think or act badly.
5) Becoming Christian. Seriously. Praying every day, asking God for forgiveness, repenting of my sins, asking for help, reading the Bible, and allowing the Holy Spirit to work in me, as helped tremendously.
