After the French ✡︎✡︎✡︎ who run the company I last worked for ruined my health, finances, and career with their lies & manipulation, I've been devoting my time to collecting, analyzing, and consolidating various data, organized by ZIP code and ZCTA (ZIP Code Tabulation Area - used for US Census data) in order to search the entire country for places that are *virtually* untainted, affordable, and a sound financial investment (or should be, if you can afford to buy property, avoiding the usury if possible (which I aim to do ASAP)), so that I can escape the rabid-animal-infested city I live in, and basically, reboot my entire life.

I've also included climate and elevation data in the main tool, and have various other worksheets with expanded data sets for several of the metrics (e.g. population by race for other races besides white & black, and by age/sex for white only (non-hispanic)) which I could make available upon request to anyone interested, as well as an analysis of various tax data by state (and some, by county) - sales, income, & property tax rates. But unfortunately, with over 40,000 US ZIP codes included, I couldn't include *all* of the data in one Google sheet (due to a hard limit of 10,000,000 cells per worksheet, and incredibly slow performance beyond what I've included so far).
This took a lot of time and effort to put together. But I am making it publicly available for free because I believe it to be very ethically and culturally important at this time to help ensure the preservation of Anglo-Saxon and other Caucasian bloodlines and cultures. I won't provide information for donations. If you want to thank me, simply paying it forward and distributing this as widely as possible is the best way. Please just save your own copy, and always download and share either an offline copy in xlsx format, or *from your own Google Sheets account*, changing the sharing settings to make it available for "anyone with the link", and modifying the URL to add "/copy" at the end instead of "/edit...", so that there are as many sources as possible to help prevent it from being blocked or removed by the powers that be, and to obfuscate the source as much as possible. I'd prefer to remain anonymous, and just submit this as a measure of doing my part for the greater good.
UPDATE 25-05-09: efforts are in progress to further develop this into a webapp with a frontend UI (map and table views) for a proper database, which will include even more criteria/datasets (e.g. proximity and availability of various amenities/resources, schools, taxes, cost of living, average income, unemployment rate, and more). it's still much too soon to have an ETA for this, but the info will be shared here as soon as it is available.
Like you say, if a White area is small or blacks are a stones throw away, then those are still not good areas. You'll still have them in town centres, have violence, theft and burglaries and schools filled with them.
