The ignorant entitlement of trollops getting 30% of the restaraunt's income simply because they smiled and walked 10 feet while not dropping a plate is amazing. They are completely unaware that tipping is specifically a thing because tipped wages are explicitly a thing. Bitch, you are hred earning a wage of $10 an hour already, which is higher than the minimum wage of $7.25 for your minium effort job, but on top of that you are a tipped wage eployee which means your federal mandated minimum wage is actual just $2.13 an hour so you should be happy that you are not on a street corner sucking the dick of a crack smoking nigger for $5.

Yeah, low-tier waitresses suck. Don't tip them. Waiting is not about taking an order and delivering food. It's meant to make the customers completely relaxed and have them enjoy their meal without worry.
When you find one who actually knows what they are supposed to do and make coming to the restaurant a joy and a pleasure, you tip them. They keep your glass full, they show up with the food just when you expect it, and they keep out of your way unless you need them.
Example: We were at a family restaurant and a family came in with 6 kids. The youngest was like 2 years old. The mom had to take the 4 year old to the bathroom, and the dad was busy with the 6 and 8 year old. The waitress took some time to entertain the 2 year old until the mom came back. That's worth at least a little tip.
