I leave my phone on silent now. I stopped using vibrate mode 10 years ago when i used to get "phantom texts." I havent experienced anything like it since then.

I don't like calling it phantom because my skin and muscle is spasming for real. It's not just a mind trick.

No i know mine were as well. But it stopped when i put my phone on silent. Im a dumbass that checks his phone often enough anyways to not need to be notified immediately anyone is trying to contact me
