As others have mentioned, Romans called themselves White. And assuming this retard means Northern Europeans, yeah, Romans called them barbarians, because they were barbarians, TWO THOUSAND YEARS AGO. The Romans of the first century BC would have seen Romans of the sixth or seventh century BC as barbarians too. The Balts of northeastern Europe didn't become civilized until arguably the Middle Ages.
The very fact that different groups of Whites from different geographic locations ALL developed into advanced civilized societies, just some faster than others, kinda shatters the idea that civilization depends on certain geographic features which shitskins didn't have access to.
