They seem to assume that Anglo-Saxons were the only Whites and that other European races didnt consider themselves White (they absolutely did). The only instance where non-Anglo-Saxons Europeans weren't considered White is in America, and that was more of Political/National distinction (because "White" just meant "Ethnic American") rather than a Racial one.

The Romans of the first century BC would have seen Romans of the sixth or seventh century BC as barbarians too. The Balts of northeastern Europe didn't become civilized until arguably the Middle Ages.
The very fact that different groups of Whites from different geographic locations ALL developed into advanced civilized societies, just some faster than others, kinda shatters the idea that civilization depends on certain geographic features which shitskins didn't have access to.
