It's especially a problem with zoomers and millennials. Lots of younger people look like baby-faced half-downies if that makes sense. I swear even fat people look worse than they did 20 years ago. [The perp in this video is an example.](https://youtu.be/jnYqvgQB584?t=15m36s) Yeah she's fat but still something just seems uncanny about her facial structure, like similar to a drug addict. Has anybody else noticed this phenomenon? It seems more common in cities unsurprisingly.

We all know drugs affect your bone structure and face, and I'm sure that goes for prescriptions too. Is it the SSRIs? Birth control? Adderall? Food additives? Weed?

Others have said it and they're correct: It's the food. There's an image floating around with 2 butchered pigs. One wild fed and the other got corn and oats prior to slaughter (both from the same litter). The results are tremendously different.

We're essentially fattening ourselves up with corn syrup (corn sweeteners) and oats. Stick to meats and greens, with very little carbs and you'll be somewhat ok. It's about the best you can do, given what's allowed in our food supply and what's easily obtainable.

I don't think it's carbs. We, collectively, as white people, have been eating plenty of carbs since thousands of years before the indo Europeans even existed. At some periods in history wheat and oats made up almost our entire diet. Germany, alongside southern europe, still eat more bread than you could believe and they're healthier than americans.

It's the shit that they're putting in food today. Your wheat has pesticides. Your greens have pesticides. Your food has oil that was never eaten naturally before. Any given vegetable is genetically modified into pure fuckery. Everything has microplastics. Everything is contaminated by pollutants in the air. Chickens and pigs are eating garbage (they eat anything, and the shit (and I mean sometimes *literal shit*) that they feed pigs is often a lot worse than corn and oats). Cows are eating pesticide filled corn and soy. All of the above are injected with hormones that do God knows what to the body. Vegetables are imported from countries that won't even sell the produce to their own citizens. Meat is shipped in containers to be processed in those same 3rd world countries and given back to you. Everything has hfcs in it. Restaurants use gutter oil (this issue isnt relegated to china alone). America is markedly worse about this than any other white country, which is why Americans in particular are so unhealthy. But it's everywhere to some degree at least.

There's a lot of shit going on that goes beyond "x nutrient is bad and y nutrient is good". This problem is very new.

It's mostly the processing.

Eat food made by yourself from raw ingredients and you'll be fine. Anything pre-made that you just heat up is full of "preservatives" which are basically poison to keep microbes off it.

I eat a *ton* of carbs and I'm underweight, if anything, but I make my own bread and noodles.

Pesticides aren't good for you but they mostly cause cancer, infertility, etc. The doughiness is from eating to much processed junk.

It's not just doughiness. It's hard to explain, actually. It's difficult to define.

Americans look... different. If you compare a German descended American to a German, from the same region of Germany both. Let's say they're actually twins in appearance, both the same weight and everything. The American will still look oddly dissimilar. On average at least. This didn't used to be a thing. Americans used to look identical to Europeans of whatever background they came from.

It's possible that the terrible diet of Americans can change the structure of the bones in childhood. I don't know if there's ever been any studies done on this.

Maybe. Germans and Swiss have always been good looking. The English were NEVER known to be lookers (fangled teeth and all). Spanish have always been a mix. French are hit or miss too. Same for Russians. Maybe weird mixtures over the generations along with the nutrient junk you mentioned earlier? I wonder if there are specific techniques of food prep that are leading to the majority of this. I've heard seed oils, I've heard "preservatives", but never specifics
