It's especially a problem with zoomers and millennials. Lots of younger people look like baby-faced half-downies if that makes sense. I swear even fat people look worse than they did 20 years ago. [The perp in this video is an example.](https://youtu.be/jnYqvgQB584?t=15m36s) Yeah she's fat but still something just seems uncanny about her facial structure, like similar to a drug addict. Has anybody else noticed this phenomenon? It seems more common in cities unsurprisingly.
We all know drugs affect your bone structure and face, and I'm sure that goes for prescriptions too. Is it the SSRIs? Birth control? Adderall? Food additives? Weed?
Eat food made by yourself from raw ingredients and you'll be fine. Anything pre-made that you just heat up is full of "preservatives" which are basically poison to keep microbes off it.
I eat a *ton* of carbs and I'm underweight, if anything, but I make my own bread and noodles.
Pesticides aren't good for you but they mostly cause cancer, infertility, etc. The doughiness is from eating to much processed junk.
Americans look... different. If you compare a German descended American to a German, from the same region of Germany both. Let's say they're actually twins in appearance, both the same weight and everything. The American will still look oddly dissimilar. On average at least. This didn't used to be a thing. Americans used to look identical to Europeans of whatever background they came from.
It's possible that the terrible diet of Americans can change the structure of the bones in childhood. I don't know if there's ever been any studies done on this.
