2020 did a number on normal people. I realized that racism isn't "bad" or "good", it simply "is".

You can get bent if you think calling me the naughty "r" word will make me cower to you. The reason why "slurs" are so bad is because it reminds people that they're something other than White".

In-group preference is objectively good because its the most basic form of Charity, of course it can be taken to extremes where it becomes a bad thing and no longer charitable, for example nepotism in jews and jeets.

Holding others to high standards is the other side of the charity coin; you don't actually help people by enabling bad or weak behaviours.

It's impossible to hold others outside your in-group to your standards, which is why charity to out-groups (telescopic charity) never actually helps.

“Do you love your kids?”
“Do you love your cousins?”
“Do you love your second cousins?”
“Do you love your third cousins?”

it’s that simple.
