If the NorthEast Delaware Regional Bowling Association of America makes a rule, I might hear about it, but I'm not going to follow it. And if a member of the NEDRBAA comes to my house to take my ball, I'm going to remove his head from his body. I never signed agreement, you don't get to control me.

Same exact with international, federal, state, and local governments.
