West Virginia is already being gentrified and multi-million dollar homes being built next to shacks or trailers who now have to compete with the real estate taxes bump. And I hate the word gentrified because niggers over-use it.

I drove through WV a few weeks ago for the first time in years and yeah, there's a lot of new cardboard box mcmansion development going on there.

Along highway 70 I think it was, where it passes through WV. There was a town that was small years ago but now there's houses all over the hills.
