Also teachers explaining how they are underpaid for a thankless job but also that it's impossible to get permanent placement because there are too many candidates.

i've always wondered who wants to be a teacher in a (((public))) school setting...

the pay is crap, the benefits are meager and the experience is pure torture

now private school teacher... that's probably a good job (with little to no niggers as well)

Public school teacher I am.

And I'm in it for a couple of reasons. First off, you gotta be the change you want to see, these are the trenches of the culture war we live in and if we don't have soldiers in it fighting back that tide, we lose.

I had a really bad experience in school. I was poor white trash and they wrote me off and never let me have a shot. I entered the system to give poor white trash kids a teacher that looks after them the same way all the kids I grew up beside had. I'm there to equalize that out for those who can't. That's why i put up with the admin bs. That's why i put up with the rest. Because if I'm not there to fight for those guys, no one will be. If I'm not there to give them "that teacher" they won't have one.

Good for you. This is what real "activism" looks like: strengthening yourself so you can strengthen those around you, making your community and people better one White child at a time. Keep up the good work, fren!

Honestly a lot of them probably just want summers off and want an easy gig. If you only count the months they actually work minus all the vacations and summer, the pay isn't really that bad.

I have heard many funny stories from private school teachers.

Some private school teachers are forced to double as janitors because no contract protects them from that. LOL.

sounds like they're not really paid well if they're forced to do two jobs with one salary

Private school owners have no incentives to hire janitors when they can get the teachers to do it.

Public school teachers have contravtss and unions, you see.

I'm told that in Japan the children double as janitors. That is, they do a little sweeping and cleaning to socialize them into the idea of cleaning up after yourself, without expecting some-one else to do it.
