Yes, that's the most logical. After the Civil War, the South was devastated and basically left without policing forces. So the boys gathered and took justice into their own hands and formed the KKK. It was really inevitable, it *had* to be done one way or another.

They didn't just went after niggers, but ALL criminals. But obviously niggers were extremely likely to commit crimes, so of course they went after them a lot. After a while (a century?) the KKK became irrelevant and changed its course to wear ghost hoodies and call themselves wizards, as they noticed patterns of niggers too much.

They weren't out to kill anyone they were trying to achieve justice under the unjust and tyrannical US gov.

They were there to protect Whites. Mostly from reconstruction policies destroying their way of life.

They were a militia raised to keep order after the North simultaneously disarmed them and gave niggers free looting rights.

They were not the evil bad guys made out by jews on TV
