Probably yes. They are white mexican(primarily Spanish blood, not indigenous). Culturally she didn't even speak Spanish as a child.
Then of course the woke virus and muh mexican pride got her so I don't think she's a good person and I don't know their specific heritage deeply just a cursory research but looking at the image and facial features I would say probably.
