In fact this week has been my best with 4 days /7 ending a very bad streak since september 2024 when i caugh covid for the first time. I am unvaxxed. It knocked me out in the sense that i was extremely tired and had to nap during the day. I skipped 3 months of paid gym membership because i literally could not exercise.

Scary times. Thankfully i could start again in january and slowly i have rebuilt my strength and stamina.
