(Plot Summary ahead)
Basically there's a race of ubermensch called Eldians who can transform into titans and they ruled the world with a brutal ironfist like a thousand years ago until one of their kings developed Eldian Guilt and forced all of his people to relocate to a singular island and barricade themselves in as "punishment". The entire main character cast are all Eldians on this island and they eventually get off the island only to find out that the entire planet still hates them a thousand years later and wants to genocide them completely.

The MC decides the only way for him and his friends to survive is to wipe out the rest of humanity (it's made abundantly clear that there is no chance of negotiations) so he summons an army of super titans to literally flatten the world. The cuckold author then chickens out and has the MC's friends literally betray and stop him because "genocide is bad, mkay" despite the world still wanting to kill all Eldians. The MC only ends up killing 80% of the global populace and then all of Eldia is wiped out a century later out of revenge by the world's renewed populace, lmao.
